probably anything is better than what we see in the states anyway: goths and fat chicks playing ddr. the general ovservations seems to be that most arcade gamers there look and dress better in general, though. my friend saw 012 (sol player) in person and says he was actually a pretty good looking guy. even most of the otaku gamers seem to dress much better.
dunno… i just find this kind of ironic since everytime i go to a arcade or any kind of tournaments in the states, most of the people dress really hideous. well, the white guys at least. most of the black guys (and some asians) seem to have some style. and yes, i admit i’m kind of ugly too. but at least i dress nice.
maybe it’s because hardcore gaming is not looked down upon as much in japan, while in the states it’s more so still considered a geek hobby?
um weird. For me girls always just wanna play puzzle games. Luckily I got my friend into Puzzle Fighter lol and she also does the Mario games, Super Smash Bros and F-Zero. I got her to play A3 one time and she used Sakura lol. Ok movin on…
IMO GG just has really cool animation, moves, soundtrack, and characters. I brought this game to college and we have a small classroom where we can study and play xbox games. I pop SF in Xbox only a few wanted to play. Then I pop in GG in Xbox.
There was a freaking line, even the professor wanted played the game a couple of times.
