Edit: Also, I agree with Gary about the whole gym thing. The one I have in Fernley (the only one there) has had SO MANY lawsuit’s with all the freaky shit that goes down there. My mom canceled her subscription to that place on 9/11 (yes, the real 9/11) and they are threatening to belittle her casting name because the bitches are STILL charging her to this day. I was with her when she called the flippin’ place. The building is really raunchy, too. It’s in this haggard little corner of Fernley that not even bum’s will slump around.

aside from gettin a flat tire on my trailer 5 minutes into the trip (washoe valley) i made it without any hitches. i called uhaul and got em to fix it.
but im doin good…just getting life situated.
i left sunday night and got back wednesday night.
im not on the internet at my place yet, so in the mean time ill be posting randomly from friends houses.

[] Bath/Hygiene products (GOOD deoderant, your own shampoo/conditioner, colonge/whatever. You will be gaming for almost 12 hours a day, and you’re gonna get sweaty.)
[] Fresh clothes for 5/6 days + sleeping clothes (Just common sense. Don’t bring your funky-ass 2 week old, unwashed clothes. Put that shit through a washer-dryer before you step out of your house.)
[] Your joystick (They’ll provide sticks, but you’ll definiately want your own.)
[] Extra money. (Last year, I spent about… 60 dollars on just food, because we had no choice but to order pizza or eat from the BURRITOWAGON)
[] Cellphone + Charger. (This is critical, so other Renocrew guys can call you up if you’re going to take a nap, and don’t wanna miss your turn at the games. This prevents doing 2 mile hikes over and over.)
A few facts about EVO you might not have known!
We’re staying in this really nice hotel that’s located about 4-5 minutes walking distance from the place where EVO’s taking place; but to get up to the hotel, you have to do this sort’ve trail they’ve made with steps; it’s brutal if you’re out of shape, but it’s real quick when you’re running down.
The hotel puts these little things in the fridge that you’re allowed to eat; but the sneaky bastards charge you for every item removed from the fridge; we didn’t find this out until 10 minutes after we destroyed some drinks. It was something like 10/12 dollars for 3-4 drinks. Huge fucking ripoff.
The hotel has a little “all you can eat” breakfast thing going on at 10am every morning; I can’t tell you how many times it felt soooo good to stuff down that shit, because you were starving from having no source of food the night before.
Team Serious beasts pizza like no tommorow; guard that shit if they come over and try to sneak some slices! (YEAH, I’M TALKING TO YOU AMI! YOU WON’T GET IT SO EASILY NEXT TIME)
And a final word; let’s all pray to whatever holy entity you believe in that the food court is open this year. Me? I’m praying for Slayer to pilebunker that shit open.
