For PC. Has the game and online netplay patch as well as tons of music packs and some palette stuff too. Its the Jap version.

its the same ggxxnet client she just hosting her own waiting room ggxxnet is delayed however u set it. all depends on how close u are to a person going 5 to 30 ping 1 frame delay, 40 to 80 2 frame delay, 100 to 150 4 frames delay but most players like the japs play on 2 due to em having good ping to each other and europe and usa players use delay 4 for a more spread gaming community
