Yes i know all the info on this bloody game is at gamecombos but i hardly ever go there and im mainly on srk and shit so ya…i got some questions for this fool…
What are good matchups and bad matchups? From my experence in this game ive had trouble with these characters…johnny,baiken,sol,axl,and another faust.Any help against these characters will be helpful…
And what are good combos? Like some very meaty ones?

Matchup wise IIRC (and I am sure this info is out of date)
Faust beats everyone by a slim margin besides Eddie (Who is still close) & Millia (who rapes him.) Like I said, that is OLD, I don’t know who he ‘beats’ nowadays (Probably not too many people because I never see him anywhere. This is XX data also)
In #R he lost 2 of his best tools, so hes not as good, but I still play him. (He lost his gattling of far S or C.HS into C.Dust, and he lost the FRC on his Pogo move.) All he realy gained was a semi usefull gatling of C.HS into (any?) Punch, I guess they tried to make Faust players feel less screwed over by the changes, but IMO they failed. At least not as bad as what they did to Johnny, but come on, they like did nothing to make Slayer any worse than he was and he was already one of the best.
right… johnny and baiken shouldnt be a problem… however sol and axl can… sol can just dp any lengthy pokes and catch limbs… dont throw out too many long length pokes on sol… stick to short ones and watch for dps… axl can zone faust really well… to play against axl… if the axl player likes to sit in corner and zone you all day then keep throwing items and use 41236K at good openings to poke back… at medium distances use s.slash and c.dust. and s.kick if axl is standing up as s.kick has broken priority… if axl gets up on you then block and then rush that bitch down… faust vs faust is a wierd match… whoever zones better and rushes down better wins… bad matches are like people who are short… especially zappa… use only low pokes… chipp and millia arent great matches either… if you lose to a pot player… then you either suck or the guy playing pot is a straight beast… abuse s.k against pot… that is your best friend in that match.
a few nice combos… gatling chain into pogo… (while doing your gatling chain, jump install before doing pogo this way you can get an extra jump…) then going my way (hard slash on pogo)… frc going my way and j.k, dj.k, dj.p, dj.hs… this is the backbone of fausts combos…
also you can do something like… command grab in the corner and after 8th hit do s.p (s.k works on some characters but is harder), jump install, c.s, hj.k, dhj.k, dhj.p, dhj.hs… for johnny only do c.k after the 8th hit and immediately jump and do j.k, dj.k, dj.p, dj.hs…
