They’re out there, I think that MDR guy won the a-cho ranking tournaments at least once (the one I remember had him and like three Robo-Kys in the quarterfinals in #R… the matches were all really fun to watch) and let’s not forget there have been top north american Chipps since XX was new, like Kensou… I’m pretty sure a lot of top players play Chipp on the sly, I know I’ve seen Final Showdown’s and it’s really good, Marneto’s is supposed to be really good, etc etc.
