omg today was my 1st time ina REAL MaTcH i ACTUALLY pulled off a Forward Dash into the ULTRA & it CONNECTED against a Ryu !! , not a FOCUS ATTACK into ULTRA im talkin about a STr8 Forward DASH into ULTRA !!..CAUGHT him VERY OFF GUARD cuz u HARDLY see any VEGA pull it OFF …afTer that i got a MSg saying that i was the best vega that he plyed against & that was the 1st time he seen a vega pull that off…that makes me FEEL SOO PROUD :wgrin:

Yea Buddha’s Weapon those were good games. Sometimes though the game would lag really bad and other times it was completely fine. I hated losing my izunas and combos to lag. Did you recieve really bad lag too? Sometimes you would randomly move like lightning from the lag which was ridiculous. Nonetheless, you did good. Good games.

i cant believe that people are talking about dash ultra like its a hip thing.tell you what,when ever you dash ultra,u’re basically going into the mercy of a guessing game which is hugely in your opponents favour(no matter what kind of setup that you’re using).the shit just wont fly against good opponents.a connected lvl2 or above fa to backdash ultra is the only reliable way to land your ultra.
i wouldnt sayy that cuz u HARDLY EVER SEE a VEGA puLL that off especially whn yu tech throw em & as dey gettin up u dash forward in2 yur ultra & sum would think u prolly going to throw em again so dey would throw out the tech throw or w/e & dey would Get CAUGHT cuz u will already be at da wall doing the ultra…& NOT TO MENTION it LOOKSz WAY COolER than a lvl2 or 3 in2 ultra…but yur rightt the on the part were lvl2 or 3 in2 ultra is more reliable.

It’s nothing I would pull off against an opponent more than 1 or 2 times. Huge gamble, not worth it. It’s not as bad if you somehow involve it in a throw mixup, but still… you’re right. Just don’t make it an habit.
Yeah, it lagged really bad for me too. That’s why i never bothered to do any combos, especially cosmic heel->ST. I didnt wanna deal with the random lag spikes and just went for the easier stuff like ex fba. At this one point when i did a random ex fba at you and it missed, you were at the corner and you moved left, right, left, right, left, right like 20 times in a row in like 2 seconds lol i thought my game got messed up.
