Getting PSD File printed in UK?

Ive got a TVC Stick ive just modded but id like to change the art , I have created a PSD Image in photo shop on the proper template but im unsure where to get this printed on the best quality backing ?

Well ive spoke to GameonGrafix and he said he can do this for me but i need to know what size to request ?

Im using the proper SE Stick Template ?
