I may not like Hokutomaru that much, but that combo display looked pretty impressive. Same goes for that 100% damage combo in the end with Hotaru.

Thanks man, guess I’ll use it more sparingly. Seems to work well against high pokers (had a Jae Hoon user keep poking me with sA, set him straight).

For sure, makes it more fun (as long as its fair). Its why I’m glad they added CC to XII, a good fighter should have good comeback tools.

I may make a combo vid for BOTH B. Jenet & Gato, thing is I can’t decide on a name :stuck_out_tongue:
If anyone could think up a good title for it I’d appreciate it. Else I’ll do each character separately.

hotaru can kara her sweep into her moves this allows you to kara her sweep into break moves allowing her to dodge high jabs and other moves and improve its anti air abilities slightly.

i have also done this from her a+b but its harder but probubly alot better.

Edit: in practice this is really hard to time against jabs, even in like reset situations. still pretty good for antiair.

Two years ago I had planned to make Garou combo videos. This was a ‘preview’ of what the first vid would’ve looked like.
I can’t remember exactly if it would’ve featured scripts in the vid to show how to do the combos, but I did want the first one to have Butt, Rock, Dong & Hotaru (see how they are situated in the roster in the game)
Song used is “I walk to my own song” by Stratovarius (whose new album Polaris is coming out soon)

Looking forward to a Gato video. I’m pretty good with Gato, but I have trouble getting his god-like juggles in.

It’s all in the timing;
If you want to juggle into his QCFx2+P, just wait for the opponent’s body to be just under Gato’s head.
His QCFx2+P is near zero frames much like Butt’s and should catch them before they hit the ground when falling.
