ok so i finally got some time in, thanks milk stone, this game is awesome I’m really surprised there aren’t more people playing it.

K well best example of one would be in the recent combo video. It needs to be setup so Jenet is doing her :d: + :snkb: dive at Dong and they should be about midscreen. You also need to be in TOP mode. Jump back :snkd:, land, :d: + :snka: + :snkb: (this causes the counter hit bug to activate on Jenet), FC, jump toward Jenet, jump :snkd:, land, :d: + :snkc:, :dp: + :snka:, break, jump :qcf:x2 + :snka:, land, jump again :qcf:x2 + :snka:, land, (should be in the corner now) :dp: + :snkc:. This combo requires strict timing. The hard parts are the jump in :snkd:, land into :d: + :snka: + :snkb: which causes the counter hit bug and jump :snkd: land, into :d: + :snkc: into :dp: + :snka:.
What am I suppose to be looking at there?
The only color edit I know requires use of the dipswitches. All I know is that the prototype version is the only one that lets you edit the colors so they stay saved. On the (Set 2) version it lets you edit the colors but it wont save them after one match.
So their is no outside hack that edits colors. I saw one for the Last Blade 2.
That Amazon thing is a book released this month about Garou. Never seen it before, but it came up in an Amazon book. It’s pretty pricey
Garou stores the colors differently then most Neo Geo games.
I wish it was possible. I’d love to play a green or blue gi for Marco :-/

Never been a fan of most skin color swaps, hair and clothes are fine, but why change the color of their skin if they aren’t naturally that color? Sometimes minor changes are needed to keep the palettes aligned, but nothing drastic. I think it’s funny how you’ll usually see a darker version of a character but hardly ever see a white palette swap of a black character, for example. Tizoc is an exception, though, as he has the “blue lightning” version that is pasty as shit.
Marco does have a green gi, though…but with *pink *pants, so…can you hang with sherbet-flavored Butt?
Dong’s colors are all cool imo 
and I like the idea of skin color swaps. Be cool if there was a dark skinned Jenet. I dig the dark skinned Kevin. Poor D button Butt thou :-/
Will check the stream. Why is it I can spend an hour or so a day just in practice mode with Butt? I just love trying to perfect his break combos.
Over the last two years, this game has really started to become the go to fighting game for me. After trying most of the better fighters, this one seems to have everything I like. Beating out even Super Turbo. Hummm …
I dunno, I think Dong’s D palette is pretty gay with the frosted tips. Pfft.
Dong has the most outlandish variations, besides the afore-mentioned Butt D.

Thats most likely on the prototype rom. Also that guy isn’t paying attention on the shading or the gradient so some of the colors don’t look right.
