A German amateur photographer has found out after his ex-girlfriend took him to court, which ruled that the subjects of smutty pictures can withdraw their consent if they’re naked. The shutterbug was able to keep the clothed pictures, however, as they weren’t considered to compromise the reputation of the woman in question.

Banned makes the title more interesting. And I didn’t feel like typing out “subject to censorship”. I would also argue this essentially bans it in a manner of speaking. Marijuana is banned/illegal/whatever and it’s still around. So having homemade porn after a breakup is banned, should either of the party decide this (which seems pretty fucking 100% likely). Also your original point was something about “when you and your significant other part ways”. Which isn’t what you’re arguing about now. So you basically failed earlier in the thread, and now you’re clutching at straws and back pedaling all at once, like the genius you are.
