all my microswitches works but sometimes it’s stops to work in one direction, when this happens, i bend the NO Microswitch Metal pallet and it works again.
What it could it be, the faulty directional is aleatory and it turns back to work when i bend the metal pallet of the microswitch.
Every 30 minutes i have to open the arcade and bend one of the metal pallets
I read your other thread, same Question, same issue. People responded to you with their opinions.
No need to hijack other threads for your issue.
Ether you have loose Quick disconnect connectors or your micro switches need replacement.
Honestly The Hori Mini stick is cheap and janky, and the rule of thumb is you get what you paid for.
Basically, you’re trying to polish a turd at this point. You can work at it all you want, but you’re never going to get the results you want unless you upgrade to a decent stick with standardized, high quality parts.
Hello, I have a Hori Fighting Stick for Wii. When I plug it into the controller the character stays down and I cannot move him. Every other button works fine. For example when I was playing Street Fighter 2 (snes) Ryu stayed crouched and protected. All other games do the same. I desolder all the microswitches, but still doing the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry if this issue appeared in a earlier thread but I can’t find an answer to my issue with my TE2 + having a unresponsive R3 button and weird menu lock out. I plugged my stick into my PC and tested out the buttons and the only one that did not light up was my R3 button. Also whenever in training mode or menus during a fight in any 2-d fighter but not Tekken 7 for some weird reason my stick will lock it self and not register any button inputs when entering a menu and I need to toggle the lock button to fix the issue. Don’t know if the R3 button is the cause of that or if my PCB board is a little “off”. Any recommendations? I read threads about using a multi meter to test the PCB board which I plan to do but any help is welcomed. Also any fight stick modders in Colorado that can have a look at this issue? I checked the “request a modder thread in your area” and the only one listed in Colorado does not exist anymore? I don’t know I checked the link and it was a dead end. If any one needs a video example of the “lock out” issue I can try to record but please note I have a smart phone and quality can be iffy at times. Here are pictures of the PCB in question. http://imgur.com/a/88TYu and thank you for taking time out of your day to read this long message and have a wonderful day.
Hey guys, has anyone had problems with the start/select board on their Venom? I switched my stick to LS accidentally and at some point it has gotten stuck in that mode, which means I can’t use it in Tekken menus. I’ve checked the contacts with a multimeter and everything seems to be in working order, but it won’t switch modes back to DP. Anyone got any ideas?
I was cleaning and changing the artwork of my SE Fight stick when I noticed the usb cable had a wire on the PCB come off. It’s the last black wire that says sgnd, There is another hole next to it and i’m not sure if it can be use to re splice that wire and just push it in that. What is it and can I still use my stick without this wire, or i need to re solder it in?
Hello there I’ve been trying to connect my stock pcb connector to the ez mod board but the wires I trimmed went a bit too short anyone know how to fix this problem any info is appreciated
