what would bison having meter change in the matchup?
if gen also has meter, he can punnish every wake up option bison has in a reactionary fashion without OS’es
im not sure i understand what advantage he gets by gaining more equally punnishable wake up options

Chun Li and Bison are patient matches I played a chun li last night that outpoked me for a FULL round. She has some sick frame traps and is redicuously fast. It wasn’t until I got patient and was more defensive that I proceeded to give Chun Li the appropiate beating she deserved. Against Bison… a GOOD bison Gen get’s murdered. Im not surprised if gen get’s killed by Bison in ssf4 the matchup is THAT bad. YOu simply need great defense when if you really think about it that’s exactly what a great kung fu master would have great defense.
I don’t agree with the Bison match at all. 5x5 for sure. Your right on with chun. You really have to play patient and counter poke. It’s rather difficult tho because of her walk speed. Crane speed is good, but you really have to stay in mantis for those pokes.
