What are the best patterns to do it ? Oh and which is the best ender ? the heavy version ? I know nothing about gen really.

I was trying for MK hands mk and lp at the same time and then hp mp lp hp.

But whats the standard ? Also with which normlas its common and usefull to start it with. s.MK c.MP and jab ?

best is c.MP xx Hands
this I do: MP LP HP LP HP so i get Heavy hands

the s.MK one is quite hard to do and its not better than c.MP imo.

and with jab, do it the honda way…
LP HP MP LP HP (Heavy Hands too)
