Yup this game is a 10/10. It is absolutely packed… im surprised it fit on 1 disc lol.
Best rifle? I honestly don’t think you can really say 1 is the best. Personally I use the hammerburst because im a active reload whore and that shit can down you up close, mid, and long when it has an active reload.
This game is amazing, I officially won’t be getting MW3 or BF3 because I will only be playing this.
I bought the seasons pass so i stoked for the DLC already… I also bought a pair of Turtle Beach’s and them shits make the game sound soooo good. So comfy too… def worth the $65
Still horrible clunky movement…didn’t enjoy the campaign like I did the first two. Glad I didn’t actually buy it because the multiplayer is still bland as hell…
Beast Mode is fucking sweet, played the hell out of it. I still suck at the MP but eh, I’ll play from time to time. I just wish they had a Beast vs Hordes mode, where a group of humans fortify then another group of humans as Beasts try to whoop their asses.
I fuckin love how gears still has easter eggs like that!
The only one I got was at then end in Adams Office, there is a pino and you hit the keys, lol.

I played about an hour of online gears 3 last night and it made me wonder…
How in the hell did EPIC get away with releasing Gears 1 and 2 online in its various forms? Gears 3 is just leaps and bounds better, in terms of online, than Gears 1 and 2 ever were. Without severe host advantage, I’m actually popping heads off with the sniper/magnum, blowing people up with the shotgun, etc. Basically, when I shoot, the bullets actually hit without having to wait half a second for the shot to come out. The weirdest part is, I was doing it on wireless.
Basically, Gears 3 online is awesome, and the map layouts are a god send. Plus, playing on the Gridlock remake while the Mad World instrumental plays is awesome. I know I can add a custom soundtrack, but hearing that instrumental while playing on the map adds a bunch to the overall experience. Makes me sad that shooters nowadays don’t have a slight soundtrack in the background during gameplay.
Second Carmine was my favorite, cracked me up and was a great character. I honestly felt sad and a little pissed off when they killed him, I haven’t played enough of Campaign to see how new Clayton is.
I agree. The problem I had with the previous Carmines is that they died in the most humiliating way possible. 1 gets shot in the neck and 2 gets eaten. I haven’t beaten 3 yet, but of Clayton DOES go down, I want him to die fending off a hoard of glowies in the most badass way possible in order to buy Delta squad some time.
Still, I’m hoping he doesn’t die. I don’t remember the results of the To Die/Not to Die contest a while ago, so I don’t know for sure. Still, the scene where gets shot in the face by a sniper rifle, and he just plays it off like it was nothing was too hilarious.
