^^It sorta got rid of all the in game cheats but, that just means cheaters have to standby/lagswitch right off the bat. Shotgun was made were you can’t shoot right after a run so it’s a lot slower and the same principle applies to picking weapons up (have to be still) If you melee you have to wait till the animation is done before you can pick up the weapon.

Also, one thing that I noticed is that picking someone up for a meatshield is harder for some reason. I stand next to the guy and I roll because it didn’t register. This game is just plain bad now and personally I’m going to something else. If my bros didn’t want me to trade it in, I would.

Anyone still play this game?

I’m on it pretty much every night, currently at lvl 43 - looking for people to play with.
I’m tired of playing with random people who do nothing but complain. I know this game can get frustrating (especially for people with gow1 roots who are too stubborn to adapt), but it’s especially not fun when teammates are bitching throughout the entire match.

So I’m looking for chill players who just try their best. Don’t gotta be really good or anything, just a willingness to improve and have a good time.

Preferable gametype: Execution

I could have sworn there was a gears of war 3 thread…but I did the search for ‘gears of war 3’ and nothing came up…

in any case Gears 3 got delayed to Fall 2011. I am saddened but I’m sure I can use that time I would have played gears to play other stuff while they polish it for Christmas.

im kinda glad it got delayed cause ill be back home by the time its released. people shouldnt be too mad about the delay anyways cause gears has always had one of the best campaigns. i hope they add even more locusts. them new berserkers look sick as hell and you already know my nigga skorge coming back to split even more heads open.

Those wondering how Epic is handing Gears 3 multiplayer should read IGN’s preview on it. (video preview). This game is going to have dedicated servers now…apparently they were testing them in Gears 2 with the Title 6 update and a beta will go up early next year.
