GD Calisthenics Crew, GTF in here!

ok reupping this because muscle ups make no fucking sense to me. i cant seem to get the extra push i need to go above the bar. my pull ups are high but i cant seem to get that extra umph to push above the bar.

Granted, I still canā€™t do them, but thatā€™s more of a strength issue- especially since I donā€™t like the idea of practicing pull ups on metal bars in near freezing temperatures. Hopefully, this summer Iā€™ll get it.

so my pf has this low bar in it. i think im gonna train lightly pushing off the ground and try to slowly ween myself til i have the muscles to do it.

Ive been training Calisthenics almost everday since 1 year
in order to get better. Although my age is 37 right now
I always keep going and try my best in order to improve.
