ok reupping this because muscle ups make no fucking sense to me. i cant seem to get the extra push i need to go above the bar. my pull ups are high but i cant seem to get that extra umph to push above the bar.

Granted, I still canāt do them, but thatās more of a strength issue- especially since I donāt like the idea of practicing pull ups on metal bars in near freezing temperatures. Hopefully, this summer Iāll get it.
so my pf has this low bar in it. i think im gonna train lightly pushing off the ground and try to slowly ween myself til i have the muscles to do it.
Ive been training Calisthenics almost everday since 1 year
in order to get better. Although my age is 37 right now
