Several of them yet these two haven’t broken a sweat yet? Something lame is quite afoot. Sakata’s emo speech has (surprisingly enough… considering how “Uh, duh” like his point was at this stage) effectively poisoned team morale so much it seemingly has knocked Reika’s brain loose. Kaze and King Runt have reunited with the team while Kato has embarked on yet another search for the scattered charred remaints of his severed penis (Thanks Sakata). The vampires finally encounter something to kill or chew the fat with? Rape Man has disappeared for now. :sad: Nishi is still chillin’ out in Inviso-Land plotting his next doomsday device, Inaba is all gun-ho for a little sightseeing around Slaughter Bluv. and apparently… Hoi-Hoi the panda is still alive. :wtf:

Kurono would be spinning in his grave if he saw how quick these losers broke down being shown up by a bunch of psychopaths.

Who knows how many issues it’ll take for our guys to stop whining and get some killing done, but Oku has postponed our next issue for a surprisingly short week long break.

What do you think of “Main Psychic”'s words. It seemed to have quite an effect on the team. I wonder if he is being mind controlled by one of the 3 beings from the previous chapter…or if it’s some half-baked “What is life?” commentary by Oku…

The Oni Mission?

I’m with S.aga on this one.

Reika isn’t that bad at all IMO. She’s done more shit than any other female Gantzer on the team.

Oh please. Sakata isn’t being mind controlled at all. Sakata is being… Sakata.

He’s still the same self serving abrasive little shitstain he was when we first met him. The reason you all forgot so easily is because he toned his attitude down significantly in order to become a team player. Why? Because he could benefit from it. He would have never been sent in the first place if Sakurai hadn’t convinced him to head out searching for his “girlfriend,” nor would have fought Izumi if Sak hadn’t gassed him up. The guy murdered a bully for christ sake, then taught and motivated his partner to commit the same crime. Plus he’s been living on borrowed time since his psychic hijinks have aged his organs… indefinitely. He was an asshole when we met him, a “friendly” asshole up until the Oni arc, and now we’re stuck dealing with a revitalized, unmotivated, easily expendable asshole who deserve an uppercut.

IMO, both Reika and Sakata sentiments (though unnecessarily voiced) were long over due.

I think that what he is saying makes a little bit of sense, because you wouldn’t really respect a person’s life if you can just play the game and ressurect them anytime you want.

It’s kinda like playing Contra on unlimited lives. You take those shits for granted and it fucks up the challenge of the game(staying alive to the end).

With that said, Kato better man up next chapter and start killing bitches.

Ditto. Kato was partly responsible for Kurono’s death in the first place. I can’t imagine him writing Kei off so soon off when Kurono never had any obligation whatsoever having a hand in reviving him. I sincerely hope Sakata’s speech was Oku foreshadowing his impending death this mission as I could easily do without his ungrateful remarks. I’m surprised how easily those losers have forgotten they wouldn’t have survived Boss Oni without him.

I like gantz but I dunno, im starting to lose intrest in it. All the constant breaks, small or big, and just the way its set up, so many chapters, so little happening each one… I hope something intresting happens soon… shrug…

Id be fine with just kurono and kei coming back to life and just devote a chapter to them fucking for no reason.

Wow. This was a really boring chapter. Fenaba has already irritated me to no feasible end. Hypocrite Alien? Mind your business. Aside from the geezer couple and giant alien I found it interesting how she implied her area is overpopulated with aliens/huge point earnings. But yeah, I just wish she’d shut up… quickly. It’s impossible, but how Oku addresses the Send Gun should Kato use it in this situation might be interesting. This was… a boring chapter overall.
