I wouldn’t be surprised if Viper wasn’t #2 like it’s been for a while, but what tier list are you talking about Roy? The Japanese tier list JUST came out last week in Tougeki Damashi.
Edit: I just found it. This is a list based upon the match ups of each character and adding those points up, lol. I’m not sure if there is a real way to determine which list is better suitable for consideration… but it doesn’t really matter. Play who you like!(or Sagat)
