I don’t know where the heck Dan is, last we talked I told him I was a better coach and then he hung up on me. All I know is, I’m going to GU this tuesday and friday. I don’t know whats going on this saturday, I don’t think Dan is in charge of it though, and if there isn’t much turnout i’m not going, 10$ entry is a turnoff too, but a team tournament would be cool. It seems as if gamestop, final round, and A.C.T in Ct are all happening that day though…I think… It would be cool to not have a tournament getting in the way of casuals on friday:bluu:
Aye, let’s do so. I’ll try and get some practice in before next time, if possible. Right now I’m looking to find a stick for my 360 so I can practice combos and such at home, but me being without a job makes it difficult.
On a side note, anyone who has a spare 360 Hori EX2 and wants to get rid of it hit me up. I have a certain accessory for my Nintendo DS that I’d be willing to trade for.
i dont understand why 10$ is a turnoff, especially for people who want to get better. i feel like there’s more on the line, more to lose, so i have to play harder and smarter to win.

im down with the $10 thing. that mean better players will come out if there a bigger pot. The way i see it better player mean i can learn more about the game and match ups at a higher level

-Smiley before Tom’s match, “Oh don’t counterpick him with Blanka.” Tom subsequently gets counterpicked, “SHUT THE F UP SMILEY!!!” Dang you guys are serious.
-BalrogObama and JoeBlanka could not get enough fight money to save the economy.
-Deathball matches after the tourney were hype. Oh my gawd, I’m going crazy.

gg to everyone. fun time, it was the first tourney any of us have been to for years and we all had a blast. nice place to hang out and play games. i was so f’d up from taking a bottle of that NOS around 5pm…i had a serious migraine and i was so jittery. i’ll never drink that stuff again. haha.
props to everyone who played. you guys have unreal reaction times compared to us…we were playing in slow-mo haha.
