The Simpsons: Wrestling
DJ Boy
Ninja Clowns
Wow, that brings back memories
Another one: Mystaria (Saturn)-- not the ‘zomg greatest srpg evar’, but def. worth a playthru if you like the genre.
I don’t think the sequel was ever translated (pretty sure it was released)… I was so hyped for it too =(
Nightshade for NES
commander keen
You had the actual cartridge? That game was AWESOME and rare. I only played on emulator. My bro and I loved it a lot. Drache = truth.
Cybernator is good too, but I couldn’t finish it. My bro finished Metal Warriors, he said the last guy was really hard.
I loved Bujingai… bought it when it first came out. The only thing is that the level design is a little confusing at times… there was one level that I hated. Something with running into caves to find some items or something. Been awhile since I played it.
I actually have that game somewhere. I thought it was pretty cool at the time.
I loved Carmageddon 1 & 2, but no one has ever heard of it when I talk about it. Postal was another favorite that no one ever heard about when I talk about it. Crimson Sea 2 was a pretty enjoyable game too, since I like Dynasty Warriors type games.
Vandal Hearts 2 was ass.

ugh, i wanted to call commander keen. that game was pretty intense.
i also wound up playing commander keen 4 (?). not sure about the number, but i definitely know it was a sequel.
I played some of that stuff. Blasto, Shenmue, a few others. Some I’ve never heard of, so despite the thread, you’re still alone.
Metal Kombat: Falcon’s Revenge. It was a game for the super scope on the snes. It really showed how great super scope games could be before it quickly died.
Super Nina Boys is the MTF TRUTH!
fatal frame… the gameplay isn’t really for the mass markets anyway
Commander Keen brings back memories…
Way of the Samurai for PS2 is one of my favorites that nobody else seemed to have played, but it got a sequel at some point, so somebody out there other than me must have been playing.
Dude, I only played Way of the Samurai 1. The US version.
Know what pissed me off?
Manji from Blade of the Immortal was an unlockable character in the JPN ver. only.
I fucking love Blade of the Immortal.
metal Storm for the nes
Loved that game
on the other hand… i bet i’m the only person on srk that’s played any of the sakura taisen series.
it’s hella popular in japan. probably the most popular srpg/dating sim hybrid alongside the galaxy angel series and the gunparade series.
too bad none of the sega red games will ever come over to th u.s.
Bangaio.
Radiant Silvergun.
Gunstar Heroes.
Panzer Dragoon Saga.
Dragon Force.
Gaurdian Heroes.
Ikaruga.
Chu Chu Rocket.
All games that I loved, but not a lot of people played.
Metal Storm is good, only beat it once. Heres a game for you kiddo’s to DL Psychic World for Sega Master system
Gunstar Heroes was fuckin’ AWESOME.
That one boardgame level where you had to throw the giant dice? I always landed on that fucking Curry guy.
Also played Panzer Dragoon and Ikaruga. Ikaruga was pretty cool.
