No videos from last week, but this week is going to be a big one! Winter break will have started meaning we’ll see the return of Travis, Armand, and I’ll be bringing someone else as well. So with all these people, I’m thinking $3 UMvC3 tournament? Probably start around 6:30 or whenever Pat arrives?

This is held every Thursday at GameClucks in Lynnwood. The monthly tournament is the one at Dante’s every second Saturday.
Hey joining this a little late but I’m like 10 minutes from Lynnwood (if that) and would love to meet up on Thursdays. Is this SSF4 or MvC3? I come from the realm of Playstation so I can bring console/games/sticks if needed for the ps3
edit: I read earlier this is an afternoon thing? I have a 9-5 job (6ish with traffic) so if people wanted to stick around or have a 2nd shift around 7pm-11pm I’d more than be happy to do that. I don’t know how they are setup but I might be able to fenagle some kind of recording. I’ve got an HDPVR and the technical know-how to record matches and upload them to a YouTube account (my YouTube channel) if we wanted to do that!
We play both! We always stay until closing which should be later than usual with the number of people we’re expecting.
We have a monitor with component if you wanted to bring your equipment. We also have an Asus VH236H, but not the necessary converters and/or splitters for recording. HD Recordings would be fantastic, but no worries if you just want to spend your time getting games in or having freedom at home 
You should bring your stick, but PS3 depends on if Gyabo brings his. Hope to see you Thursday! (Also, I’m very impressed by the work you’ve put into your series. Major props)
I have an HD PVR so I can record in HD no problems - I’ll test out tonight if my laptop can handle recording (it should!) - and if that is the case I’d be happy to stop by and set up some kind of recording and discuss possibly a dedicated YouTube channel or something. The nice thing about the HD PVR is it’s a pass-through device, so as long as I get Component (no HDMI!) into my box, it passes it back out of the box with no lag onto the monitor we are playing SF on.
I’ve also played around with streaming and throw up my own stream now and again (nothing fancy like overlays or anything… yet) so depending on the power of said laptop (and if there is any internet there) I could also stream, but that seems more of a pipe dream.
Fortunately, GameClucks is a LAN center, so the internet is fantastic! Any problems that would arise would be on our end. I’ve streamed once in the past off my friend’s laptop with little effort (archive here), but haven’t since as my own laptop is barely able to record what it does. I’m looking to make a purchase this month for a new machine although I haven’t decided between a laptop or a desktop.
Can’t wait to get some games in this thursday, i’ve been super busy the past couple weeks. Barely been playing video games at all.
Drgamez, I usually bring my ps3 if I show up so you don’t have to bring yours if you don’t want to. But feel free to bring any equipment you like. Definitely bring at least your stick. Glad to know someone else plays on ps3. Hope to see you there.
Yeah I’d at least bring my stick whenever I went, and I can always bring my PS3 when you can’t bring yours.
Said I was going to start going there and never did but I think I will now. Feel like I should have done better than I did at Dante’s so I need to get more Marvel play offline and would all so like to play some KoF13 if anyone else wanted to there.
On a side note when were you guys moving to the new location that was mentioned in a above post?
We should be moving after Christmas. The new location will be at 3333 184TH ST SW. We will be next to California Burger in the H-Mart Plaza right by Alderwood Mall.
We’re all really into Marvel, so you’ll be able to get good practice in here. I went 2-2 losing to Cam and Elias. Going to grind harder than before for the next one.

I’m still working on trying to make it this Thursday. Would like to get more practice in because I felt pretty abysmal about my performance at Dante’s.
Man if we’re playing Marvel I’ll be doing more recording than playing. My Marvel team is uhhhhhhhhh pretty embarrassing I think I’ve put a total of 20 hours into the MvC franchise as a whole?
We should have AE going on at the same time. I’m excited for 2012 and want to return to putting more time into SF.
I haven’t gotten really any time to deal with 2012 and I’m excited to play with some new Cody changes!
I should be there today. I’ve missed out on some offline marvel for awhile and at first I didn’t notice when I picked up the game, being new and all, the latency online has quite a bit of delay or it could be me playing at 5 am.
Had fun last night, played some KOFXIII for the first time ever. I wasn’t aware it was all Standard Definition televisions though! I live in the era of the 21st century, where all my screens are HD so I couldn’t record anything. I feel bad because I’m pretty certain I’ve forgotten most people’s names! D:
I’ll be in CA pretty soon here so I won’t be able to come back until next year - but I understand GameClucks will be in it’s new location so it will be like a late christmas present.
Next time I will bring my entire getup - it’s a little bit more but it should be an entire recording/streaming* setup.

Hey, I was the guy that brought KoFXIII last night. Had a lot of fun, will be there next week. Name’s Kevin if anyone forgot. Working on unlocking everything, will also download Flames Iori. Most of the colors won’t be unlocked by then, but of course that really doesn’t matter since we won’t be sitting down customizing stuff.
