First time at one of these tournements being new to the scene. I plan on going to the next event, this time hopefully not getting destroyed. I was extremely weak yesterday and my abel playing was horrible. Good Times anyways.
Honestly, after using MR. T’s hori stick it made me extremely interested in finding one. It made the game sooo much easier to play. I just dont have the funds right now and practicing with a controller then switching to a stick at tournaments wouldn’t work =/ *sigh, I need to get 1st or second next tournament to have proper funds for the stick.

Dude, after playing with a fight stick for 5 minutes, you’ll see a VAST improvement in your game and will want one, I know I did.

Explain to me how a team would work, as in team 1 wins their first match, then team 2’s 2nd player plays to beat both of Team1’s players?
here’s my assumption:
team a vs team b
1p from team a plays 1p from team b, team b wins
next match 2p from team a vs 1p of team b team a wins
final match 2p from team a vs 2p from team b team a wins
team a advnaces and sends team b into losers/eliminated.

my next question is, same characters on a team or no? Having to face 2 sagat’s would be pretty nasty.
Hmm, we’ll see for the first run through how having every character allowed works out. If that doesn’t work then for the next tournament we can apply the 2 different character per team rule. But for now every team is allowed to use any character they want. I mean shoot in brawl me and my teammate use double snakes lol
