Hey yall, this is Josh from gamecity360, ive talked to some of you when yall had the big 2d fight night in the Levee. (ps this is the employee not the other josh who orignally planned the first one) I had a lot of fun watchin yall and wishin i could play (hopefully when the next one rolls around) Im just curious who is all wanting another 2d fight night, I dont know if the other Josh wants to organize it, but I can deffinity see a market for a monthly bi monthly tournament. Maybe not as many games as last time, a more general Street Fighter 3 or something with roatation extra game tournys, with as many games as last time it was just so hetic. SO Whos ready for 2d fight night vol 2? Just needing a head count of people I can get involved cause I deff wana see more tournys going on in Cincy, this place is BORING.
360 is fairly near for me (Lexington), and there were several GG player who didn’t show up from Cinci last time. Sure there would be a bigger turnout than last time. I’m up for it as long as GG is there.

The tourney on Nov 17th was really cool. Once again, thank you guys @ GameCity 4 all ur help. Josh & I were glad 2 have the tourney there.
I doubt I will be there 4 the next event ur planning since it’s a 2D fighting game tourney (I primarily just play Tekken).
Nevertheless, I’ll talk 2 Josh about this & hopefully u guys can get something worked out.

It doesnt have to just be 2d fight night, maybe 2d with tekken cause i know thats really popular, it all comes down to what yall want.
i’m down as long as theres cvs 2 and mvc2, i’m always down with a 2d fight night.

yeah, i actully just got my self a tekken 5 arcade stick. we had one used at our fort wright store. only cost me 35 bucks 
god i love employee discount lol. It was on sale for 65 but i bitched cause it doesnt come with game so i worked my own boss down, them my discount, good stuff. Yeah I deff wana get this ball rolling, I want to see marval vs capcom 1 or 2 (i like 1 personally) and some street fighter 3 and 2. Heres my phone, 513 325 8176, tell josh to text me sometime, cause im deff up for any fighting tournys, its hard for me to stay up to date cause im always workin, but yeah thanks
No worries Josh. Yeah, the Tekken arcade stick is a pretty cool stick 4 fighting games 2 use, however, I’m absolutely atrocious w/ using arcade sticks, so I have 2 stick 2 controllers instead. :lol: But yeah, definately not a bad purchase, especially for $35. :tup:
I’ll give Josh Q. a call sometime 2day or 2maro 2 kind of get something going 4 this. I’ll head down 2 GameCity sometime this week & talk 2ya about it. I work @ Gameworks so it’s no big deal 2 stop on by & get some discussion in about setting this up.

sounds good, i work fridays 5-11pm and sundays 2-9 and gamecity. I mostly work at the Frt Wright Store, but i am down there those 2 days without fail

I know I’d like to see it happen, for what it’s worth. I didn’t play (no PS2 stick at the time) but I’d love to if it becomes a regular thing.
