:lol: It’s Official upcoming and local MC’s Eloquence and Brotha Tai are preforming at our GZR Nights! Tournaments before and in between tournies this Friday!!!
If you haven’t heard of them they are really good and are definitely worth checking out. :bgrin:
they are preforming from 5-5:30pm and 7-7:30pm (or after ST)
so check them out this friday at Chabot College while we have Super Turbo and Smash Bros. Melee this friday.
and as far as which version ST is on at the moment it will be on AC but will probably change it to CCC2 if we get the copies and it will be definitely on the PS2.

:lol: well we are working on that problem and we are going to get it fixed. :wonder: Or better yet for the ones at chabot b/c the ones/all the T.V’s at play N trade are I guess on high def tv’s that I’ve heard cause lag but honestly I can’t really tell the deference cuz I guess I’m not a top tier player :lol: but what we’ll probably do is start scheduling our dates at chabot w/ fighting games so that that isn’t a problem b/c they are on lower def tv’s at chabot that don’t cause lag and as for our tournaments at play N trade we’ll schedule other games like Halo 3 and call of duty 4 and such were it’s not an issue. but we may be able to bring in our T.V’s for our tournaments at Play N Trade. :wgrin:
:lol: next time we do GG:AC it will definitely be on a lag free T.V. I was talking to someone else today and they explained the lag issue to me so I think I understand now so we’ll adjust to lag free T.V.s :wonder: or at least for our Fighting games were this is an issue.

:lol: well we ran out of time and went a little over and there were hecka :annoy::arazz::mad::wasted: people late so closer towards the end losers bracket was out of one match instead of 3 :lame: I know but next time we will have start earlier and next time we will probably start with one match in losers up until semi’s b/c smash just takes a bit :wgrin: but is still really fun.
Please :mad: people try to get here on time or earlier we can’t wait for everyone b/c we have to be out of there at a certain time and we got lucky we didn’t get charged :wonder: or anything for the 19th.

O also big news after talking to people and getting advice from some people we decided to change the price for most of the games from $10 to $6 entry fee. **:bgrin:
although Halo & Smash & Gears of war and VF5 will be the same unless stated other wise.
so for this friday which is VF5 ($10) and Soul Calibur 3 entry fee is **$10 **
:lol: it should be ok if you commentate but then again I’m not sure at the moment and have to get back to you on that b/c the mics we use are not ours nor are the mics that run though the equipment so I have to ask them which is the chabot radio station I work for as well which is **KCRH 89.9 the East Bay’s best Variety ** :lol: advertising :lol:

Spirit juice:**to be honest we don’t know exactly when we’ll have the next GG:AC :wonder: b/c of the low turn out but we do plan on having another one this semester. also another problem is we don’t have that many dates at chabot during november, heck we really only have one date at chabot and that is on Nov. 2 with King of Fighters 11 and Gears of War so it would proably be at play N trade.
Also we are setting up a meeting so that we can use some of our TV’s for 2-D fighters that lag on PLay N Trade’s T.V.'s for when we have games at Play N Trade.
