I searched the forum to see if anyone was having this issue, with no prevail.
So this is more a technical issue, but I have beaten the game, unlocked the entire krypt and cleared challenge tower. But today when I started the game, I dont have anything unlocked and I dont have Quan Chi or Cyber Sub-Zero.
Just wanted to know if this happened for anyone else, because I’m not too impressed.
Edit: I still have all the save data on my harddrive, it just isn’t using it.
Are you logged into the right profile?
I am, I contacted Netherrealm studio but they are not giving me any response. From looking at their official forums it seems like its only me so I guess I’ll just have to do it again.
Its not that any of it was that difficult to get, just time consuming since I can’t skip the story cutscene and since I main Quan Chi I’d like to have him back. I could care less about the challenge tower reward or the other alternates.
Update: I bought my other main’s alternate outfit Liu Kang for a second time and when I went to select it. I can not even use it so I am completely unable to get the hidden features such as Quan Chi and the alternate costumes. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any more ridiculous.
i doubt its a problem with the game to be honest.
sounds like your save files have corrupted, are you sure noone deleted it from the HD or something?
no one touched the file, but im fairly certain its corrupted I’m piecing it together slowly.
So warning to users if you’re gonna play 2v2 online with 2 players if the second player clicks xbox live and then it asks them to log in. If they log in under the same account that first player is logged into, theres a chance it can corrupt your file because it happened right when I tried 2v2 online with a friend.

You still have the achievements I assume?
Yeah, I still have all the achievements that come with the unlockables.
I’ve seen several people on forums (inc the official one) with corrupted saves.
