Is the NYC gaming scene dying? That’s what you think. It’s actually still pretty vibrant and It’s always a pleasure for us (Game Over) to host a positive gaming atmosphere for gamers from various cultural backgrounds and level of gaming skills.
Noobs and casual gamers are always welcome to Game over events. It’s not about winners and losers, it’s about making new friends and just simply having a good time. This is a FREE gamer party taking place in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. You might as well call it New York’s biggest secret - until now.
There are 8 sizeable rooms equipped with 2 (50 inch) plasmas. Each one comes with a VGA port to eliminate input lag.
What’s pretty cool about the party is the BYOC (Bring your own console) option. Show up with 4 or more people and grab one of the rooms for your own private/public session.
The Best part? The food is awesome, especially the Buffalo wings. It’s pretty affordable (Wing, nuggets and fries combo for $5) and there is also the Street fighter concept drink Menu. Drinks like Hadokens and Tiger shots will really make your head spin.
So what’s the catch? You gotta be 18 years of age or over to attend.
