Wow, that MVC3 combo video… Aside from it being good, a few of the combos on there ended with a hyper and them at the same meter they were at before the combo started. I guess MVC2 had to have been like that.

I can’t imagine anyone knows yet. Probably, not enough people have the game for overpowered characters to stand out, unless there isn’t any discussion about it. But I don’t know. Although, I expect a lot of zoning online when it comes out for some reason.
Is anyone buying the guide? Being able to walk around with the frame data sounds somewhat convenient, but I’m not at a level with any game where frame data will matter too much.

The wording on the site just changed. It went from “Now until March 5” To “February 13 to March 5” I guess they got a lot of calls regarding that haha. Straight from the site:

I just realized… Are you the only one here who played MvC2/TvC?
I played A LOT of TvC since my Wii was my only new console until I got my 360. I was actually playing last night.
I also play MvC2 on ps2 but I played it very casually.
I play MvC2 but my only viable character is Gambit. I can’t play that game well though
I was the only one in Gainesville that took TvC seriously when it came out…everyone was still playing vanilla. I never took MvC2 seriously, hell I haven’t even played the game that much at all. I think I played my first game of MvC2 a few months ago.
