so tekken this week? and what system so I know what controller to bring. My PS2 pad adapter for 360 hasnt come in yet so I have my shitty wireless 360 pads and I can cord up my PS3 pads… man, I really need to pick up a stick so I can start learning especially since I’ve been playing fighters for so long.
If there is gonna be Tekken it’s most def. gonna be for PS3.

General Rules
All games with less than 8 entrants will be played in a round robin format
All Games with 9+ entrants will be played in a double elimination format
All games will be best of 3 games. Loser’s Finals Winner’s Finals and Grand Finals will be best of 5 games.
For Tekken 6 best 3 of 5 rounds = 1 game; Marvel vs Capcom 3 1 round = 1 game
Gill is banned in 3rd Strike
Kratos and Freddie are banned in MK
Game breaking glitches are banned and punishable with forfeit
This tournament is BYOC, bring your own controller!
It is the winners responsibility to report result of the match to the TO (sying or birds!)
No drinking, drugs or bionic arming on the premises. Keep it classy!

Payouts and Bonuses
Again birds! and sying are proud to bring back the 10% bonus pot. For all games with at least 10+ entrants we will be adding another 10% to the pot. So enter your friends, the more people that enter the bigger the pot! Payouts will be in the standard 60%/30%/10% for 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.

yeah i’m 100% this week. i’ll bring my PS3 and copy of tekken 6. i can bring a tube TV but if you have a monitor it would save me the extra workout.
about the tournament on sunday, i’m off so if anyone wants to drive i’ll contribute gas money.
I’m already going to the tally tournament saturday. I don’t think I can go to two in one weekend.

Cool, I’ll be ready. I need to brush up on my characters since I haven’t played T6 in a month, but my muscle memory usually gets me into the flow 
I’ve got a monitor but no car, but the haul shouldn’t be that bad, just lemme know if I should bring it.
I’m thinking of getting a spare monitor of the same one I have since I am a studio art grad student with my own office space to keep stuff and little hall is right across from where I am.

OK so I’m pretty sure I’m going to tally for their tournament on the 29th. I really want to try to do a 5v5 AE money match with them, but only if I can get you guys (specifically Petey, Ken, Mike) to come. I think I’ll be going with JC so thats at least 4 very solid players (ken’s the scrub).

Hey guys I got the okay to host a tournament at Easy Street again. As of right now, I am planning to run only UMvC3 unless there is enough interest and set-ups for AE/whatever game (No one in Ocala plays AE). It’ll be on November 18th (Friday after UMvC3 comes out) and the tentative start time is about 6pm. Is there a chance anyone who is planning on coming would be willing to bring ASUS monitors with them? I have one to use so far from a local player so having another one or two more would make things runs faster and have set-ups for casuals.
