j.A (?) is an instant overhead on MODOK, so…
wondering which of his moves (swoop, divekick) will be OH.

still no idea on what his state change super actually does?
It was said on the stream that it gives him new normals.
Well, new moves as well as some other stuff that Seth slyly avoided talking about.
I also hear it makes him faster? I don’t know.
Its like arthurs power up hyper it makes all of his specials stronger
Firebrand = Wolverine with wings… Definitely picking him up…
That’s what I was thinking too. Firebrand looks a lot more like Felicia with wings than Wolverine with wings.
I don’t think we can judge Firebrand yet based on stream footage. It was a guy who had only started using him going up a person playing their MvC3 team.
the more i see firebrand the better he looks. im thinking imma be doing a lot of training room time when ultimate comes out with firebrand+dante+dorm
Without strong super finishers like a lvl 3 or chain able lvl 1 supers, he’ll require people to use team hyper combos in order to land the big one touch kill without DHC’n
This is unimportant but which game does his theme come from? GnG or Demon’s Crest?
Neither, it’s from Gargoyle’s Quest:

Also, I think it’s worth pointing out that Firebrand as a character was never in any of the GnG games.
That unblockable airdive/ground drag move probably wont stay in as is now, it seems way too powerful
I never knew his series started on the Gameboy. I find it interesting they decided on the intro music for his theme. It’s usually the BGM of the game’s first stage that becomes a character’s theme
Do we even know if that move is even unblockable? I mean, it is some kind grab move, but I doubt that move is unblockable. If it is, then it has to be avoided by either duck/jump. Otherwise, it would be TOO good.
I thought it was a move you do after his dive kick connects.
I remember hearing that the ground drag is a command grab, in which case it would be unblockable. However in the gameplay footage, it looks like he can combo into it. Maybe it is a blockable command grab like Ibukki’s?
I don’t think it’s a command grab, because he uses it mid-combo to relaunch.
It could be like Haggar’s command grab in which he has a version of it that counts as a hit
Why did every old school video game cover always had the main character look like they wanted to see “Alright, Yeah!!” all friendly power ranger looking and shit? But when you pick the game up and play it its straight mudbutt. I mean not saying this was…but…sigh. you know what I mean.
