Why would I money match you? No point, I have no idea how you play SF4, and since I don’t own the game, I’ll more than likely lose to a bunch of shennigan gimmicks, and your turtle game. I probably would if I was sure what to do in every situation, but nah, I MM Eddie, you should have brought your sorry ass on earlier and asked I probably would have accepted.

I would gladly play him if I owned the game, and knew how to get around whatever shenanigans he WILL try ( I know how John plays). And seriously, losing to shenanigans is very annoying for me. Owning a game is very crucial and killing shenanigans, and forcing him to play SF fundamentals (which I believe I have an advantage, JTO IS just a SNK player anyway). I have to think strategically about how to win.

The only game I’d ever put my money on the line for is those Super Mario 64 money matches I was talking about a few months back. I’m good enough at that game. My only real weakness is glitching. I’m not fantastic at it.

Unless someone is willing to bring a PC laptop I don’t think we’ll have a ustream at the Atlanta Revival since I don’t want to use the PC I’m running the brackets off of as a Ustream as well. I would love to stream that Eddie vs. Bananas money match. That and it’s $25 to use the wireless at the GWCC. 
I’m debating whether to go to Atlanta Revival. It would be a poor decision from a financial standpoint, but I really do want to do my part for the scene.

@Branh - from playing with JTO quite a bit, he doesn’t use any shenanigans, just smart and solid play. just from an honest standpoint, you can’t beat ME in sf4, and i kinda suck. JTO usually beats me just about every time we play, which is about 1-2 times a week usually. sad to say, but i think you may have proverbially bitten off more than you can chew.

As I said, I had a great time this weekend.
I’m going to go to the Pizza Pub (a great pizza joint across the street with me with a bar and live music) thursday night, so anyone else who would like to go is invited. 
Well I’m basing the way he plays other games. Since I did play him at Underground for years. Keep in mind it was a very small sample of games. So I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
And I have problems beating you because I have problems with the Chun-Li matchup. It’s matchup ignorance on my part, and not knowing what to look for/how to counter what Chun-Li is doing. However, unless you were totally sandbagging on our matches at Waba a few weeks ago, our 3 tournament games we played I took you to the last round with low health each game. This could be because the fact you kinda suck, as you said. But keep in mind I’m adjusting to this matchup little by little. Remember the first time I played you at MM house and I BARELY even touched you. I brainstormed, I was able to take you down to critical health and get some rounds off of you. And I think I know some other things Guile can do to counter Chun-Li. I’m slowly learning this matchup, but next to Vega or Balrog, it’s a character design I traditionally have issues with, irregardless of the game.
Anyway, world record, I've been up since 10 Monday morning (Mysql and SRK does that to you). But I think I'm about to crash, and I'll leave you guys along for a few days, so the thread won't explode another 700 post in 4 hours.
