Well, for my MAS, I’m not going to switch out any parts since that’s really just my Marvel stick. If Marvel ends up working really well on the next-gen consoles, I’ll probably be looking for a 360-service to it.

Derek and Frank(that is one of the only things I remember about last night), I am soooooo sorry I was that drunk. I was kinda celebrating something and went a lil overboard. My stick came in and that shit is totally worth the $ no question. Stick is solid and sensitive buttons. Good spring back on them and everything. Only thing even remotely wrong is it’s not much bigger than an ex2, but shit… for $40 with ps2/3 and pc compatibility I’d buy em all day at that price.

well i understand were your coming from cause of marvel. i changed out those little happ buttons for jap buttons because there more sensitive. there bigger and more responsive.my buttons are hori so there not like sanwa were they go off if you just think about it. in the near future im gonna change them out for sanwas but im use to the level sensitivty already really. when your ready to change your stick to 360 let me know ill cut you a nice price on doing it but your really gonna want it for both ps3/360 since every tournament runner wants to run ps3 like evo. a follow the leader type thing anyways really think about it and let me know.

I’m not a professional programmer. I work as a System Admin, but I do know a lot about programming and software engineering. As far as how long I’ve been programming in total. I’ve been writing code since 1996.
The general consensus, however, is that Japanese buttons, regardless of brand, just do not work with Marvel. Instead of making you play more responsive and more efficiently, it ends up giving you inputs you did not want. Since Marvel is more “mashy” of a game than your traditional SF, most Marvel players desire HAPP buttons because of their clunkiness. Weird, I know. It took me a while to wrap my head around this concept, but the clunkiness of HAPP buttons actually help for Marvel. That’s why you see an overwhelming number of MAS sticks at Marvel tournaments.
For anything else though, HAPP buttons just don’t measure up. :lol:. Of course, it’s all just a personal preference from person to person, really.
i use jap buttons an there fine but i understand but that is a personal prefference really remember that cause its not fact. i have used jap and american sticks there both good to me but since i started on american bat cause you sir is why i use it for everything and its fine to me really.i dont follow the hype and i do what feels good to me.lol eddie just let me know when your ready for 360 mod.
