Not sure if you guys have been wondering whats going on with/why we haven’t been streaming the SAV Bi-weeklies but I have some news! We were having problems with attendance due to 2 things; the venue being out of the way and the tourneys being held on Thursday. We are switching our location to Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU). This has quite a few benefits. It’s in walking distance of my house (lol), there will no longer be a door fee (just $5 per game), Much more space, it’s in southside SAV, and we should get access to a T1 internet connection. Still working out the details but we are going to try Thursdays at AASU first. If this proves unsuccessful we will switch to Saturdays.
Sindel was my first main, but then I got punished waaayyy too much for having my screeches blocked! It comes out so slow and she doesn’t take off that much damage anyway (even with her juggle to air-loogie combo). As for jade, I could never time her invincibility move fast enough to punish projectile spammers.
Btw, would anyone be willing to give me a lift from Decatur to Homer, GA? Looks like my ride bailed on me…
Had a ton of fun at the Tech gathering last night, and commentating was a blast. Definitely joining you guys again soon, hopefully I will be better practiced next time haha.

Megaman: those marvel games were too fun. Crazy ass comebacks, random knowledge dropping. At least I know I can hang with some of the top marvel players in the state, I just need a little bit more rough. If I can just get 2 other characters to the level that my wesker is at…
Heavyweight: such a good set bro, really helped me kind of refine (or at least really figure out how I should approach those matchups and really just play in general) my style. The things you were telling me will help me overall I think b/c now I have a slightly different outlook at the game and I know my training room time will improve
