I’ve been up to not alot, really. Graduated from college in december, so i’ve been half assly looking for a job (I dont want one in my degree, which is Music Education, I never wanted a music ed degree but it’s a long story as to why it happened).

Game wise, im still on melee as usual. Finally starting to see and understand the general fighting game stuff that is the same all across the board.
I’ve been workin up on my ggac alot. Hopin to not get raped at Final Round, and then better at IC4 (assuming my broke ass can make it to both)
Same thing with SC4, although I’ve been introduced into the nice date raper known as Hilde, so I gotta figure out what to do besides the obvious “Hit the power button.”
Other than that, I actually havent messed around in anytihng else lately. A few days ago while I was rendering vids from Down South Jukin, i started to mess around in 3s and look at a bunch of the characters I’ve never played, see if I can find a character I actually like rather than just tierwhoring ken. Training mode is too much of a hassle.
I stay on my melty blood because it’s on my cpu and i can just double click and mess around for a lil while. Lately i’ve been teaching NES Noob how to play Maids, and I found some hilarious ass shit never knew before. Ima fuck some people up with some new rope-a-dopes (Looks dead at Alternate275).
I got to finally play SF4 for the first time saturday. Played it with Shin Reiatsu. Im surprised I actually like Sakura, considering I proposed to her CvS2 variant. I just have to go over there to actually play it until I can buy it (which, when I get the money, I probably still wont cause I have a 360 and sticks scare me.) I think ultras are a lil too strong, but who doesnt? And then why the fuck is Sagat… BETTER? I know I’m laggin behind in all this, but hey, you know my situation down here.
Other than that it’s just same ol’ same ol’. Just tryin to get better by myself. Hell, I think i’ve gotten to the point “in my game” where I could write a guide of how to come from jack shit by yourself and get to the point of where you can scare people when you show up at a tourney.
For now, Ima go back to teaching NES Noob some shit, and I gotta get around to finding 1-on-1 Government for IC4. Angel dude is banned, lets go.

heh. Ok. I’ve been off and on - lurking - but I think my TE stick is finally shipping out! I can finally play the game and feel like I’ve got some control over what’s going on. I bought a few of those MadCatz pads, and while they’re better than the regular 360 controller, they still feel a little bit … cheap. That makes me wonder, it looks like most people here have the PS3 version of the game. Any local players pick up the 360 version?
