Ga Thread (Home of Final Round and them jump out boys!)

I’ll keep myself informed.

I have realized my errors and Eric V., myself, Metalmike, and a few others are helping me on the path to redeeming myself within the community. You all are right and I really didn’t want to admit it myself but I have been not giving back to the community. The hardest step is admitting you are wrong. And my ways have shown me to be much different than I try to make myself seem. Like I said, there’s a meeting going down this weekend and we are going to revise Impact Clash 4 with all the inputs and suggestions you guys have said.

As far as not coming to Final Round. There’s nothing really I can do about that unfortunately. It’s in the past and it’s over with. Not saying I do not feel bad for what I did. All I am saying is that starting from this point forward my actions must prove differently.

Metalmike, PM me, I’m interested in coming this weekend if its possible. :]

Melty Blood looks too fun. :frowning:

I take these words like the bible. I appreciate you helping me with this tournament. I feel like my with each tournament my event was becoming like the show Heroes on NBC. Season 1 was good, Season 2 was bad, Season 3. . .well you get the picture. Can’t wait to see you guys when you come down!

It is. If anyone is gonna play it, if there’s a scene for it, tell me so I can start remembering my Akiha bnb again.

16 star speed run.
oh u aint know!?

Basically, each player chooses a course and a star then race to see who can get the star fastest. A tiebreaker is decided by coin flip. The player who wins the coin flip gets to choose the last star to race for.
Also, if you die, you automatically lose, but if both players die, then the set is repeated.

Here’s an example set.

Player 1 picks “Shocking Arrow Lifts!” in Wet-Dry World
Player 2 picks “Can The Eel Come Out to Play?” in Jolly Roger Bay

Player 1 completes “Shocking Arrow Lifts!” in 1:20
Player 2 completes “Shocking Arrow Lifts!” in 1:24
Player 1 wins Round 1

Player 1 completes “Can The Eel Come Out to Play?” in 0:53
Player 2 completes “Can The Eel Come Out to Play?” in 0:30
Player 2 wins Round 2

Player 1 wins the coin toss and chooses “8-Coin Puzzle with 15 Pieces” in Lethal Lava Land
Player 1 completes “8-Coin Puzzle with 15 Pieces” in 0:20
Player 2 dies attempting “8-Coin Puzzle with 15 Pieces” and is disqualified
Player 1 wins Round 3

Player 1 wins the set

SFIV at Final Round did take a long time to complete. I was there 6 hours and only got to play 2 matches. Unfortunately something personal came up and I had to leave, thus being DQ’d. I know there was a whopping 243 people entered in the SFIV, but with 10 T.V.'s going it should’ve went by alot faster. Alot of times there were 3-4 T.V.'s not even being used, that part seemed a little unorganized.

No disrespect though, I love what people like you Larry do for the fighting game community.

haha, that is awesome.

It’s pretty kickass. I’m beast at certain courses(Lethal Lava Land is my shit), and I don’t have any courses on which I outright suck, although Tick Tock Clock took a while to master.
