Watched it with my girl in theaters finally and yeah the ending still got me again. Wife was diff shedding tears and there was plenty of tissues shared.
Saw it last Saturday. Statham was like the freakin Terminator. I was lauging when hobbs crashed that ambulance on the drone.
Movie was great but I like Fuirious 6 a little better.
That was a great send off to Paul.
Manly tears were all over the theater. I held it back and it was so hard.
But deep inside…
Gotdamn. Most have gotten something in my eye at the end. Best over the top action films since the Arnie days. One liners still need some work though.
Am I the only one who made a head-tilt when Iggy showed up in 7?
The fuck was that? Christ, this thread don’t need that shit.
Damn, you must be the biggest fnf geek on srk man.
At least after 4, the series starts to redeem itself. I agree, although out of the OG trilogy, I rank them F&F1, F&FTD, 2F2F, from best to worst.
And it took me many years to get around to Tokyo Drift. I figured it was just going to be Japanophilia abound, and that it was like Halloween 3, absolutely zero connection to the originals. It managed to get tied in well.
I’m wanting to see 7, I may have to wait a while, but yeah, I’ve been hype about this for a while.
Oh, and I’m back. Eat me.
I don’t care what your opinion is, go ahead and state it. What happened yesterday was just a circlejerk with everyone palming sandpaper. Not what this thread is for.
What did i miss?
Out of curiosity, you were the one who deleted my short review of this movie I presume. Any reason for doing that?
Your review basically stated, in your words, that anyone who liked this movie was “retarded” (again, your words). That’s not an opinion, that’s flame bait. I have no issues with someone not liking the movie, but that sort of review was not going to incite any sort of remotely intelligent conversation.
Granted, this is SRK, and you’d think I would’ve stopped expecting intelligent conversation from this place years ago…
Edit: Yes I just deleted someone else’s post. Seriously, if you’re going to come into a thread and post a one line flame bait, at least choose a thread I don’t follow. Christ.
About the retarded comment, I do understand your point. It would be the same if I went to a Justin bieber fan or Britney spears fan and told them their music choice was retarded. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
But my question to you now, since you like this movie can you give me a rating (1 to 10) of what you thought about the story, the writing, the acting and the fights.
Personally I think they all sucked real fucking hard. The only redeeming part of the movie were the car segments (stunt work and action scenes).

You just can’t help yourself can you?
So got round to seeing this finally, I thought it was pretty decent @Rodimus man you were right on the money about Statham, nigga made it through the entire movie without a scratch n musta been blown up like 4 times or something too.
Wont bother with a full review but felt the action was top notch, the predator drone scene was some stupid bullshit that ruined the end a tad for me n they shoulda killed Walkers character off. Not that I wanted too see the only one of the group with kids getting murked but now that he lost that match up with the tree in RL its gonna impact the sequels if they say he just walked and became a family man.
Oh yea, they really should write out the Rocks character as well, the cool underground street race (guess they heroes for hire now?) vibe goes out the window as soon as the big clown shows up with his uber roided out appearance n utter balls dialogue, hes so not needed.
Might as well get rid of the writers and most of the “actors”. Hire real stunt men and just do a whole movie without dialogue, jokes and fights and keep it pure cars. This would actually improve the movie 3x.
