Got my Gears of War quick. Thanks homie!
They are ps2 sticks and they’d be using the stock hori pcb. I’m looking at a price of about $115 each.
These are what they look like before modding:
tekken 4 stick looks exactly the same just different art on the metal panel.
I can make 4 of these total, one t4 and 3 sc2. The turn around time depends on how successful the very first one I mod goes which will be the t4 stick. I ordered parts for it and expect to be done with it in less than 2 weeks.
I would be interested in the t4/sc2 mod, Sp00k.
Just post up some pics and I’ll let you know.
I’ll be working on the first one as soon as my parts come in. I don’t know that i will be successful (a lot of guys have tried and failed to mod these) but I could use the money and they would be really good sticks if i can mod them right.

I got good news and bad news regarding the t4/sc2 sticks.
the good news is i was able to swap in some sanwa buttons today into one of them flawlessly which means I officially can make these.
the bad news is jlfs won’t fit in the case to the only option is seimitsu ls32. for the guys who were interested, if you stll want these i will be makign one with seimitsu / sanwa buttons and the rest seimitsu/seimitsu buttons.

as you can my soldering work isn’t the most impressive but gets the job done. the stock stick is still installed awaiting the arrival of the seimitsu ls32.
