He’s been on twice this afternoon and evening and hasn’t responded to my messages or to this thread. I’d really like to know if I’m ever going to get my cases or not here. Have any of you waiting for your case heard from him in the last few days?
I just hope Nitewalker isn’t feeling sick or anything and that he’s doing okay.

After two weeks, I just want him to at least respond. Also, to address that quote, NiteWalker has been on several times the last two weeks. He’s just avoiding communication.

Aside from the cases being finished up tomorrow I only have two others to take care of for SRK members.
No excuses, I just took on too much at once.
Every negative comment is rightful; if I was on the other end I’d feel the same way. 2+ months is feasible for a complete custom, but not for an empty case.
No one is getting scammed though; I’m just taking way too long because I had it in my head that doing multiple cases would still be efficient because there’s a lot of common factors when building my SimpleCases. In reality, it’s just not practical in my small shop (3/4’s of a one-car garage). Things go quicker and smoother doing one case at a time. Back when I was handling orders that way, I was getting them out at about one or two a week.
I’ll be happy once I get these few cases out of the way and can start handling orders singly instead. Less stress for everyone.

I know I bitched and moaned about my case taking long, but guys, now that I have it, I would have waited another 2 months easy cause the craftsmanship is just that superb. Your wait is not in vain :), John is a good guy from what I can tell, just getting hit with mad traffic now due to his new sexy widebody cases!

Just a suggestion, but i suggest you keep everything more transparent by posting a queue list or something…like so:
Current stick: chuu
Next stick: bad boy brazil
negotiating with: jeremy
that way people will know the lead time for their stick.
My stick is next? Nice

So Nitewalker, your cases come with the joystick mounting hardware? Does that mean I don’t need to buy the screws to attach the joystick to my case?
Yep, joystick mounting hardware, rubber feet, screws for mounting a neutrik USB connector and control panel screws are all included.

My case came in yesterday, so I’ll post pics as soon as I get them.
I just wanted to say, it really is an incredible case and completely worth the wait. :tup: The packaging job was very professional and the case itself seems like it came out of a factory. (In a positive way.)

As I ordered my case the other day I thought I’d better start working on a stick layout :P, This is a very simple one based on a HORI design.
