FS: SimpleCase Custom Arcade Stick Enclosures - Free USA Shipping

Oh I didnt even get a Paypal notification, I live in PA… Maybe it didnt ship then lol

Answering inquiries later this evening guys.
About the neutrik, for those two cases I applied a couple of extra clear coats and that’s probably what made things a bit too tight. I think what I’ll do from now on is spray on a couple of coats then mask it off to prevent further buildup.

KidKaos, yours is done, I just needed a few extra days to give it some sunlight to bring out the purple again. It turns brown after sanding/cutting and needs sunlight/air exposure to make it purple again.

Once I get the current batch finished up I have plans to re-introduce a new line of budget cases.
Details coming soon, but these will be made of poplar and $50 shipped.

thanks for the heads up, cant wait to see it! also a budget case may be in my future.

So here we go. Photos of the put together case and artwork. Face buttons are 2 Yellow, 6 Smoke PS14 KN 30mm Seimitsu Screw Buttons. Rear buttons are 3 Yellow PS 14 DNK 24mm Seimitsu Screw Buttons. Stick is a JLF-TP-8YT-SK (the standard stick in a TE) with a modded JLF Link shaft. Ball top is a custom painted Lieam on silver paint from the graphic novel Mouse Guard painted by Holly and GandaKris from the trading outlet. Artwork was taken from a poster with all the main characters from the first Mouse Guard Book, Fall 1152.

Must have been the extra coats. On my case I used the Neutrik USB and the Neutrik rj-45 and both fit perfectly without any wiggle.

@Eric
Ah, you’re using a USB pass through. That definitely needs a nut to hold the screw and jack in place. The RJ-45 jack has a spot for the screw to go into the housing of the connector itself.

Im assuming mine didn’t ship either since i didn’t get a notification either?

I can build TE sized cases.

Shipped and on the way.
Pics in PM.

Couple of things:
First, I updated the first post.
Also, from now on, I can do two different ports; the first is the universal port that accepts the NAUSB USB connector or NE8FDP ethernet connector. Because a lot of buyers have trouble getting the small screws and nuts in place when using the NAUSB connector with the universal port I can now do a standard USB port. It’s the same as the universal port, but instead of machine screws and nuts, regular screws are used (included with the case). The back isn’t recessed though, so the neutrik ethernet connector won’t work with the USB port. Just let me know which you’d prefer when you order.

Any update on my 26" long case lol ? I pm you before. Thanks

NOOOOO! Bigger = better! I like the dimensions of the wide body. It gives you so many more options for custom artwork!

Yours in in the queue to be finished up this coming week.

Oh ok lol. Whatever works.

Oh man, I gotta finish bad boy Brazil’s art soon …tee hee

Ooooh! Show us!!

Did you ever get a chance to look at my art?

Sooner then I thought. How far are you to send me a sample?

i looked at your art, i like the top, i’ll make some changes to the bottom

i’ll send you both something sunday night  had to do my taxes today and work from home…i can’t believe i still owe the government money…sigh, every year…

Just wondering…how do you guys typically mount the PCB so that it doesn’t just flop around inside the case? I’ve seen some super intricate wiring and stuff from J&J that looks amazing, but I really just need to know how to keep that PCB from going ape shit inside my case after I get it.

I have some nylon spacers and screws I use; once I get the time I plan to add them to the catalog.

Zip ties and adhesive-backed cable tie mounts. Not the prettiest job in the world, but it does the job well.

I use little plastic or wooden beads; the kind you’d get at a craft store or some such nonsense.
