Sega Naomi motherboard. Clean and mint and in perfect working order. The metal legs for securing the board and the 4 screws for mounting the carts will also be included

Arcade case as in a cabinet? It will depend on what kind of cabinet/control panel you have. But you don’t need a cabinet for this to work. You just need to hook up the controls through an IO board and give it power.
