I didn’t infraction because he did apologize, but come on guys - take it to pm’s. Don’t wanna start deleting, infractioning, etc.
If Kuneai doesn’t reply back, it’s his decision. Multi if this issue is really extreme then yeah try every way in getting it resolved(within the rules of course). I think you already decided not to do business with Kuenai again long ago, and if that’s the case I’m sure those who did ranked this thread low will understand.
I did not start this with careful planning or research, and I deeply regret it, as I wronged Multi greatly. The last couple of weeks, however, have been a different story. What had been an understanding between us concerning the first order I ever shipped out became quite the dispute there. I would not have apologized if there was no validity to Multi’s statements, but the matter became personal, and though I acted quite unprofessionally, I don’t believe it was necessary.

Yeah, you could. I’m willing to do mods still, as they don’t take NEARLY as much time as a stick. Send it to the address provided, send payment (put it inside the stick so postal thieves don’t nab it), and send a reminder letter with your name, address, and order details. I can set it up for other systems, as well. That seems to be the case, I dunno - I guess I should close this seeing he has disappeared some place.
I am not 100% sure but last time I talked to Kuenai at my apartment he was having a lot of problems with getting parts, as in his supplier (I won’t name names since I only heard one side of the story) has repeatedly sent him the wrong sticks and buttons.
At least now you have assurance that Kuenai is a real person, and you can pay Airthrow a nice bounty to kill him :). Sorry, couldn’t help it

Sometimes things happen, stick building is pretty tough, so while everyone waiting for stuff is completely correct in complaining, heck stuff happens to all of us, Lets hope for the best, and try to cooperate with Kuenai as much as you guys can humanly tolerate, but I know the details, heheh so I know its hard
