I presume you just left this thread open, so people can ask where their money went, er I normally don’t like intervening, and being so direct, but people, STOP BUYING stuff from Kuenai until he responds, and says hes back in action. Do you not see the CLOSED on the thread, just stop!!! :wasted: Don’t send money etc, jeez, this thread, needs to stop being bumped up due to people being ignorant! Now if you got something that needs to be resolved with Kuneai then do it, if he has your money, and you don’t have your product, get in touch with him, if he doesn’t respond, start filling mail fraud, then file with your local police, and mail, and if you think its necessary start a legal procedure, you have all contact info,
Now I don’t want ANYONE TO DO the above, don’t do it, but they are options, if you feel you need to. But if after reading all this, and not following everyone’s advice, if you continue to send Kuneai money, without him even acknowledging hes open to orders, you deserve to never ever see your money back!

Ye I was wondering, because things aren’t and haven’t looked to good. Now delays happen, we all know that, but man you got to keep people updated on whats up. Doesn’t seem like Kuenai is here or coming back any time soon, all I can say, is check feedback with people you do business first, and know its always a risk, try to get their name, address and number, and if its by paypal you automically have that, and then pursue your rights, to the full extent of the law.
Maybe this thread should be closed though Shoo, because I don’t see anything productive coming out of this. You can try sending Kuenai a letter, through the mail, make it certified and that requires a signature, that means he will recieve it, and state what you purchased, and that you demand at least an update, or refund. At this point its now a legally binding warning/concern, then proceed with what needs to be done.
Again the best for both parties is to resolve things peacefully, as no good can come from the above, but after a certain point I think its comes down to honor, and rights, money isn’t an issue anymore.
Anyhow good luck to everyone, from the looks of it, you’ll need it.
