About the item: Long story short, when I built my PC the above kit was one of the items I purchased. I later came to find out that my motherboard could not support both 1GB sticks of ram AND my X1800XT GPU. So, I was forced to only use 1GB and the other stick has been sitting in it’s original case for the past 2 months.
While technically it’s used please keep in mind that it was used ONCE, for like 20 mins. When I realized the Mobo couldn’t handle it, I put it back in the case, waiting for a Bios update that would resolve this issue. None yet… So stay away from Asus
And I’ll repeat, this is for 1GB since I am using the other stick. If you require additional ram, I have another stick, 512MB PC3200 Giel ram with Heatspreader which I will add for another $20.

The problem I see here is that you’re trying to sell half of a 2GB dual channel set… which, for most people, wont work as well, when you combine it with some other RAM they might have in their system… and likewise, $110 retail for a 1GB stick is a bit high… http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227210
Although it’s new, it’s still, as I said, part of a bundle… The both of them together are only slightly higher than double of what you’re selling it for. It could be the price… All I can say… I wouldn’t buy it at that price…
I’m not trying to shit on your thread or anything… but without you having any sort of feedback, and since it’s not exactly what I’d call a killer deal, it’s going to be hard to sell it here. Just thought I’d give you some insight on it.

Guess I’ll hang onto it then, though I see no reason to do since since the next time I update my mobo, it’ll probably be DDR2, sigh… Nonetheless, thanks Mixah.
