yeah, the turnout is getting good, and I think it’s to the point we try and have 3 setups at the encounter, AT LEAST.
shit, if we could get 4, 2 for SSF4 and 2 for marvel we might not have to hear Jeremy bitch all night about ppl still playing marvel lol
if ppl have setups (tv and console) don’t be afraid to bring them. If they don’t get used, oh well, but if things get jumping then we have more options. And if you want other games to be played, then DEF. bring your own setup with that game. Right now Marvel and SSF4 are the most popular games, so we tend to play those. (for the guy who came to play Tekken cuase he saw it on the flyer)
Besides that I’m very much proud how the Lehigh Valley scene has grown and bonded since I made the LV thread years ago. And everyone contributes something to the scene which is great. Now we all just gotta help each other out and keep leveling up.
Summer Jam is right around the corner…and it’d be great to see a lot of the regulars out for the tournament. The tournaments are a ton more fun when you’re going as part of a crew and have ppl rooting for ya. Plus we got some killers in our area that have a good chance at beating some top players and getting the LV some street credibility. So think about it, even if you go just to party and spectate. shits a blast.
Dunno what it’s usually like but I gotta say since I started going I happy with how the turnout has been. It’s great to see the scene still around and even better at that. It’s come a long way and at this rate with a lil work and time LV could actually be recognized on a larger scale in no time.

Hey guys, if you guys are ever in the mood for some sets on the weeks you dont have meetups, we’ve been having sessions in Dickson city on the opposite week that you guys do(at least, I think so). A few of us have been talking about heading down your way as well
I dunno about the others, but I can’t personally make it out there since I don’t drive lol. It’d be great to see some new faces at our casual sessions though if you guys could make it out.

Ok. I just posted on our facebook page about coming up to Dickson City sometime after our August 5th tournament. Just waiting for some replies. Speaking of the tournament, you guys should really try and make it down for that. The more the merrier.

Now that EVO has got you all fired up time to remember our next tournament is this Friday. Double header for Marvel 3 and AE. Marvel starts at 7 AE at 9(or little later i marvel runs late)
