The greatest irony of Rune Factory is that every game before 3 seems to be like a shitty version of Rune Factory 3: I can barely play Frontier at this point given how long it drags on.
Also, someone remind me to get Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night in May as well.
Can’t wait to play the sequel (which I should be getting tomorrow?)!
(though, without thinking, I’m not completely sure if the DS emulation on 3DS is region-free and I’m trading in my DS this Friday… I sure hope 3DS DS emulation is region-free, or I’ll be salty for a few months followed by the inevitable DS re-purchase)
Heavy Rain was like a shitty version of David Fincher’s Se7en (so much hate!).
But, the QTE staging was pretty good, I thought… but then that’s the entire game: a long string of QTEs (everything from fighting to shaving to showering)…
Or at least this is what it felt like up until the point I got the black screen of death that didn’t let me load my game: I just traded that motherfucker in and didn’t wait for the patch (which apparently took 2 weeks).

I’m probably going to NCI this weekend for poverty games and MvC3 side tourney/MMs.
Lately, I’ve been playing more MvC2 than MvC3. Team Row is too good.

I thought the system was kinda cool, but I couldn’t really get into it, also thought that they bastardized some of the characters, the whole thing just came off as a cash in to me. I dunno. /opinions
@worf I’m in my hometown for around a week, but once I’m back I’d be down to come over, I’m also wondering if you’re gonna keep the robot or toss him like the fragile scrap metal he has become lol. It’s not like they nerfed his assist, so I don’t think he’s become useless.
At least for me, I’m keeping the robot on most of my teams just because I actually know how to play 50sent and drones are still gdlk. For the Phoenix team, probably gonna pick up Thor, lol.
FF8 is underrated and FF7 is overrated, but FF7 is still better than 8, heh.

@tastylumpia FFVII is highly overrated. But it’s still one of the greatest games of all time.
I remember I beat emerald at lvl 30ish (all I remember I was at a low ass level and my friend started tripping out because it was on the first try, submarine). That shit took so much work. Cloud Tifa Yuffie. I still have that save somewhere on my ps1 cards. Circa 05/06 summer. We decided to start a new file that summer. HA. Finish as many RPGs 100 percent.
Also leveled up to 100 on KH. The beginning island, lots of Wakka training. Beat Legend of Dragon at level 39 since max is at 50, I think. Lots of tanking and gust if wind dance!
I actually have no idea as I’m walking into the game blind myself…
