I don’t know how I ended up with this game, but it seemed like a good idea at the time (it was between this and Pokemon… but I didn’t finish Heart Gold)…
But then, it’s made by Bioware, so it should likely be decent.
(remember, Bioware has made one of the most advanced dating simulators ever created… and they called it Mass Effect 2)

THAT SAID, I also sat through Summer Wars (which is what I ended up doing instead of going to UCB tonight; I think it was worth it).
Essentially, it’s the story about salty runbacks (that nigga in the ending was so salty that he had to drop a space satellite on people) and how a comically large family saves the interwebs/world by playing video games: quite possibly the best movie centered around advertising for the Nintendo DSi and iPhone ever created.
To be serious though, I really like the movie because (other than Mamoru Hosoda being an upstanding filmmaker: I’m very interested in seeing his One Piece movie) it’s easy to relate to: the family in the movie reminds me a lot of my own family (which is also comically large): shit was so real to me.

@bart- i dont think bringing a soder is a good idea at the moment. i believe its against policy because of the possibility of starting a “fire”, but i am going to ask my boss and do research because i think it can be done in a “controlled” environment. but at the moment, i wouldnt bring it

@Ariaria Find people who use the same characters you do and just work on strategy one character at a time. Also make sure you learn about your characters assists and how and when to use them.

Check the shoryuken mvc3 guide for some general info.
If any of your characters has something that seems abusable, try abusing it in a match and see what your opponent does about it. It may be character specific or may be something general, but take note of it and think of something that you can do to take advantage of it. Or I dunno, just get in more games at the dojo, do long sets with people. Try to find how they are beating you, and think if any of your characters can do anything about it. Even if you end up losing all day, try to take as much info with you and get in some lab time. Work on your execution too, make sure you look at every way and every trick you have to score a hit and know how to land a good combo afterwards. Also woah did you do the mr.masters video?
