At least he was at a tournament to be bashed. You sit there and watch streams, we’re on streams. My finishing tied for dead last at ECT is worth more than your top 100 Akuma (I’ve watched your matches, Christ, lrn2vortex.)…and stop ducking our guys on Xbox Live.
P.S. - We don’t care about reading your online exploits and if you are never going to play us in Pittsburgh…why are you posting us in the Pittsburgh thread?

Thanks got my rematch with Adnan(said he didn’t remember me at all lol) he had me down against my sagat so i switched to bison i took him 2 matches before he figured me out and kept me out the next two matches. furthermore i’d like to declare I hate Abel. Hope our guys in Cincy are doing well gotta rep it up.

A huge thanks to Mark and RJ for not only making this weekend but for kicking major ass in the tournament. They both tied for 5th or 7th. Mark somehow did this trip on 20 minutes of sleep and six energy drinks. Madly impressive!
I went 5 and 2, losing to Perfect Legend, a really good akuma, and STD, a really good bison. I need to figure out how to beat bison, it just isn’t a good match up for rufus and getting rushed down by akuma is also not fun… stupid akuma… stupider bison
Giuseppe did amazing as well. He had to fight against Josh the Funk Doc first round, he lost with dignity on that one. But he stayed strong throughout and I want to say he lost to actionhank’s rufus. He represented incredibly well in the team tournament too. He ocved two teams and held that shit down. We even made it to the 3v3 winners finals, then we lost to wolfkrone’s team, or should I just say wolfkrone, then we played against Big Marcus’s team (who we beat earlier) and we lost to Marcus’s bison.

I met the announcer personally outside smoking squares and he is a major douche.
Well they should have commentated the, what Rj, 8 straight matches he had to win to get to that point? What would he have said of the players who he beat?
I don’t even want to know what they said about me, cause my performance during my streamed match was awful. I was asking my last 3 opponents to beat me so I could go in my car to sleep.
When I seen the camera I knew this was a great chance to rep Pittsburgh proper but, man, I was BURNT OUT and I do mean crack head esque level burnt out it was bad. I just couldn’t muster anything, I was totally out of my “zone”, I just tanked it pretty much. I’m sorry for that, I felt really bad about that, but man I was just out of gas.
But, there were awesome highlights to this night. I fucking wish my FIRST match was streamed cause not only was I in the zone, it was my best match all day. Then they seeded me and RJ in 2nd round of winners which was BULLSHIT but it’s random so what can you do.
Anyways what I really enjoyed were these highlights: Jake turtling some 80 seconds on a Dhalsim for the T LOL. Jake showing us why even if you are lucky enough to hit scrubby shit multiple times, and get mad lucky, THE BETTER PLAYER STILL WINS (Cody match).
Guiseppe and RJ literally cleaning up me and Jakes mess lol. Like, we’d send them to losers and Tj/Guiseppe would take them out. Everyone did really well.
I missed Stephone playing smash I really wanted to see that. He got kicked out! Dude I didn’t see you the whole time maybe a couple times smoking that was it.
I missed the team stuff. I was feeling shitty towards the end. 7 energy tanks yeah I guess in my head I wanted to take down Wilys castle but after a few hours I think I crashed HARD. I can’t imagine what drug addicts must feel I mean I felt like SHIT like the whole rest of the night, fuck you Megaman I’m suing Capcom for it’s awful drugs it markets to children. I couldn’t even form sentences towards the end I don’t think.
Drive home was a nightmare. I appologize to Rj I hope you got to work on time buddy, I just had to pull over I was literally seeing things, like thought was going schizophrenic, eyes crossed… I slowly felt each part of my brain turn off one by one. When I pulled over I literally closed my eyes sleeping while sitting up. Funny thing was that’s how everyone was sleeping. Man, we played from open to close (well, you guys did). That’s insane.
Good stuff. Time to get zzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzzzz

Mark I’d like to welcome you into the club of I don’t have a name for it yet, but I know how you feel. I’ve driven/gone weekends on just a little sleep, tons of energy drinks, and seeing shit as I was driving. Good shit either way.
Good job guys. We gotta start getting some attention at some point if you keep showing up and keep getting at least half way to top 8 in these things. I think I’ll be able to go to the Cleveland tournament and have a vehicle (huge ass truck that can fit 6 people) so we’re set for a ride for that.
One of the commentators was just bashing the match is all. He seemed hyper or something expecting a super-fast match with no blocking. It was a fei/bison match that I caught.

I stuck it out with Rufus. Against a Bison, who happened to be a good friend of the akuma player, I lost with Rufus and switched to dudley. I figured my akuma would have been highly ineffective. Needless to say, I got bested in this match up.
We weren’t allowed to look at the brackets, they posted them up in a well guarded side round… which was super lame. They used a 128 man bracket, giving a lot of people first round byes. That alone means there were more than 64 people there. The team tournament almost had 60 people too.
Proud moment edit: Adam, way to kick ass. And another holy shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeettttttttttttttttt, you kicked ass in New York!!! Super impressive. When do you get back?
