I think it says in the thread for the 5 on 5 it is $5 per person. I don’t think
we have to post and I think you can just sign up for it in person.
This is directly from the first post of the tournament and from my understanding I think it means we can register when we get there, but I could be wrong so double check:

I agree with Jake we all need to crash somewhere. I’m opening my place up if ya’ll want to stay here. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment but it’s roomy trust me lots of space for 4-5 people, just bring sleeping bags.
So, like I said I can drive if need be we can crash here if need be. Just please let me know the plans by tomorrow night.

I’m a go for Cinci I could possibly drive too. I think once we get a final count on people going we should call them tomorrow and see if they will guarantee us spots since it’s a 4-5 hr drive.

If you pre-pay for the tournament by Sunday, June 13, 11:59 p.m.:
A: Your venue is $6. That’s almost half off. The venue is costing us $10/person but we just really want this to run smooth and we can swallow that. (The extra dollar accounts for the 20% gratuity on the food we’re required to pay, making the cost for us half of a normal entry).
B: Your trip to the appetizer table is GUARANTEED no matter when you get to the tournament.
If you miss that window and you pre-pay by Sunday, June 20, 11:59 p.m.

Almost please don’t get confused – this is not all-you-can-eat. We are paying per person so in effect everyone should be getting the same $10 worth of food.
If you do not pre-register you are not guaranteed free food. There’s just no way to fairly tell people “come for free food” without us having an exact number of people to give to Fox&Hound, so this is the best way for us to do it. So you’re getting food PLUS a discount. This way everyone who does us (and the event itself) the favor of pre-paying will be rewarded, esp the SRK crowd (I don’t expect tons of Cleveland people seeing flyers to register, so we want to be sure we’re taking care of our online base first and foremost)
ALSO, if you pre-PAY, you will be seeded in advance of the tournament because we will be able to make part of the brackets in advance for SSFIV (and all the games we receive $$ for). This would mean whether your chancing of advancing in the tournament are much better if you pay in advance so you won’t fight the best people early. People showing up ON THE DAY will be separated in the bracket as best we’re able, but the pre-payers have priority and will be locked in where we placed them. Even if Justin Wong came on the day, if he didn’t pre-pay we would not make him a #1 or #2 seed – all the valuable seeds would be taken by those who pre-registered.
How can you pay?

Also, Everyone who brings hardware (a TV we use in tournament – a CRT or EVO-approved LCD, a 360 + SSFIV, a Playstation 3 w/ Tekken 6) will be involved in a special raffle. No details yet.
This is going to help us gauge how big Super will be. Reminder to let me know if you are bringing hardware.
Note:If you are playing both SSFIV singles and SSFIV teams, these are TWO separate tournaments and are $10 apiece.

So I think we got fucked out of the five on five. I asked on their thread and they replied that it is to late to join in. We can always money match the team that wins, but as for now, I’m a little salty about this.

Haven’t been able to make it down for games in a while…work kind of exploded, as in our servers crashed and we lost all data from the past 2 weeks because as it ends up, backups have been failing and the backup process is what caused the ultimate crash…FAAAAANTASTIC. Anyways I hope to make it down next week…we should be caught up with data recovery by then.
