Hi there,
Hey guys, have a younger brother or sister or cousin that plays fighting games? My name is Ryan and I work at the Orange Public Library & History Center in the city of Orange. I’m giving back to the younger generation–teens (grades 7-12) by offering them a free place for casual match play Ultra Street Fighter IV on Xbox 360. It is located in the Teen Zone on the first floor of the library.
The hours are:
Monday-Wednesday 3:00 p.m.-8:45 p.m. Thursday – Friday 5:45 p.m. No hours on Saturday or Sunday (closed), but I may be able to persuade my supervisors for Saturday hours if we get good turnouts.
I only have one arcade stick available (donations welcome!), so please bring your own controller if possible, otherwise we have wireless Xbox 360 pads. There is no cost, however teens need to bring their parent or guardian to get a library card before being able to play in the Teen Game Nook.
We will be having a tournament for teens (grades 7-12) on March 4 at 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Prizes will be given out. If you are bringing a younger brother, sister, or cousin, please feel free to come and bring a setup for casual matches for adults. For more questions please feel free to post here, or call me at 714.288.2417.
