Free AE edition PC for EVO attending EVO

Anyone know if these are transferable? Been thinking of getting a new PC, wondering if I can play on multiple systems or if I’d be locked into whatever PC I first get things set up on.

The game’s serial key is locked to the Gamertag that you register the game with. You will be able to play the game on any PC as long as you access it through the same Gamertag.
