Free! 2 cats for adoption

I have 2 cats for adoption. The cats belong to my roommate but we are moving out at the end of this month and she can not keep them anymore. She is planning on taking them to the shelter if she can not find a new home for them. I’m trying to help them out by posting in here.

One is white/beige and the other one is mostly black with white paws and face. They are 2 brothers that are about 2 years old. Both are neutered and current with all their shots. Both are free to a good home and she’ll also throw in their scratch post and some toys as she no longer needs em.

We are currently in a place in Santa Clara near Great America. She is willing to meet someone within any reasonable distance to hand off the cats.
